Dell Boys Construction was founded with one vision: to bring the entire family together through hard work, craftsmanship, and a shared passion for building something meaningful.

From pouring concrete as a teenager to mastering carpentry, Zaniel’s experience now spans carpentry, concrete, logging, management, and heavy equipment operation. But his greatest strength isn’t simply the number of trades he knows—it’s his relentless work ethic and determination to master whatever he puts his hands to. Zaniel doesn’t shy away from hard work, challenges, or learning something new, and he never settles for “good enough.” He is constantly learning, refining his skills, and pushing himself to become better at his craft. That drive to work hard, learn, and master his skills has become a defining part of who he is.

Born and raised in Western Montana, Zaniel and his two brothers—the original “Dell Boys”—developed their passion for the trades from an early age. That passion has continued to shape each of their careers. His brother Devon owns and operates DSH Earthworks in Bigfork, while his brother Trenten has built his career as a residential painter. And don’t be surprised if you see all three Dell brothers working side by side on a job site from time to time. For the Dell Boys, working alongside family is simply part of who they are.

 

Erin, born and raised on a farm in Eastern Montana, is an entrepreneur who operates Dell Boys Construction and Land of Erin Dell. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in business and a strong background in marketing and business operations, she brings the organizational and business side of the company together. Her many years of experience as a certified paralegal have given her a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, allowing her to manage every aspect of the businesses efficiently—from planning and administration to marketing and execution. Hands-on by nature, Erin brings a practical, hardworking approach to everything she does, combining her business knowledge with the determination and work ethic instilled by her roots.

As proud Montana natives, Zaniel and Erin are raising their sons with those same values—family, hard work, responsibility, and pride in a job well done.

Caiden and Talan represent the next generation of “Dell Boys” and have already been hands-on in countless family projects, from deck building to remodels. Caiden has worked as a carpenter apprentice and is currently attending college, while Talan is a junior in high school, balancing academics, sports, FFA, and contributing to the family business whenever he can.

​

For the Dell family, construction is about more than building structures, homes, or projects. It is about passing down skills, creating opportunities, working alongside the people you love, and building something that lasts.
